What an exciting week. I am absolutely buzzing!
I got Coldplay tickets for their only Australian gigs which are in Perth, Western Australia. For those in Europe it is like flying from London to Istanbul to go and see a band (well not just any old band).
My beloved football team (⚽️), we do not use the ‘S’ word in our house, Coventry City won through a very tense play-off semi final series to get to the world’s ‘richest’ single game - the English Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium in London. This is massive for the club and I am still absolutely buzzing! I started a client walk and talk with 10 minutes of the match to go…………he has little interest in proper football but is now converted to the Sky Blues (Coventry’s nickname).
Converted by the power of passion?

On reflection, I believe each of the 8Ps has value for all, regardless of who you are what you do and where you do it.

Someone just starting out in your first job,
Someone who is contemplating change,
An entrepreneur,
A new leader about to undertake their first 90 days
Someone wanting to start a new passion project or side hustle.
Someone who just wants to reinvent themselves and rediscover their inner 🔥🔥.
So what are the hidden 8Ps?
Purpose
Plan
Problem(s) you are solving
Passion
Perserverance
Patience (as in patient with the business, although I am impatient with Andy Fell)
Positive people (this was missing in my original 7P process but it is critical)
Pivot (as in #pivot2win)
As you can see, the benefits are far wider than just for someone like me who needed a process to back up the courage to take a big leap and back myself in the market. It gave me added confidence to take the plunge and make things happen.
