One personal and one famous business one!
In May I shared my Expect to Win Charter which I wrote on April Fools Day, 1999. Of course, I would write it slightly differently today but so much of what I wrote that day is how, I believe, I have lived and led ever since.
I want to reshare it and just ask the question: Have you got one? If not, I strongly recommend you spend some Mozart/journalling time getting one together!
Last week, I had a brilliant day with a fabulous client - La Marzocco, Australia and New Zealand. After the day, Barry Moore, the GM of the Australian business shared Nike’s 1977 manifesto. I have reshared it here.
I know we are going back into the last century for both these examples. However, these are about long time ways of operating - setting up a ‘way of being.’
