However, many people have asked me about the end of the day, a time to pause, reflect and prepare for a cracking night’s sleep (I can not under estimate the importance of sleep and not just for those close to my age!!). I do subscribe to getting away from my phone, reading a few pages or relaxing with an evening meditation.
