The process of renewal and transformation!
I sat in awe at a meeting when Malcolm, my then boss, drew up the key headings from this process on a flipchart. I assumed he was a master of leading change. It was only many years later when I attended a conference and someone threw up a slide did I realise it was not Malcolm’s process but Peter Drucker’s!
I often refer back to this process when working with clients, teams and business units.
