Your confidence maybe high, how about those around you?
One simple daily practice (that needs to be done daily!)
I trust you are feeling full of confidence and excited about your journey to reach new heights and achieve your goals. When you are in this state, you are more decisive, you are more resilient and you feel as if the universe is doing all it can to help you.
What about when you are not?
What about those around you, maybe people on your team, friends or colleagues.
How can you help them?
This week I want to share ONE simple practice that I use and I encourage others to do the same - ideal as part of my daily journalling and/or as part of the GiFT631 60 second state changer (⭐️message me if you need details of that!).
Before I share the practice, a quick GiFT631 update. As you may know I have started doing live videos on my YouTube channel (⭐️have you subscribed yet? Please do!). My intensity, focus, clarity, speed of decision making, creativity and passion have all gone to the next level. It is part accountability as I have gone so public but also the exctitement and energy created by thinking about and doing the videos. (⭐️Why not create your own accountability group - no need to go all the way to a public YouTube channel yet 😉). It’s a massive week - more on part 5 of my YT series - some highlights here:
Apple, my Philipinnes based virtual assistant starts with me 4 hours a day! Watch this space and what do you need/want from us?
We have our virtual book launch: 2pm Pacific Time on the 16th, which is 7am AEST on the 17th and 9am in New Zealand. The 2nd one is next week.
We are releasing a Rocking Chair Test landing page so all readers can access the action sheets and other content I work through in the book. I am also sharing the winners checklist. The next action sheet will be on the mindcleanse process.
I am back to running after months on the sidelines with an achilles and ankle tendon challenges. The YouTube process sparked this! I need to be fit and healthy to go where I want to go in life and business!
England Lionesses play the Australian Matildas in a Women’s World Cup semi final. Having been to 2 of the Lionesses games with my youngest 2 daughters, there is great excitement (& they have a love of both teams which is cool).
👉The following simple process is one of the techniques I use for my own self-belief and confidence:
Compile a list of things you are proud of - big and small.
Add to this list most days.
In a moment when your confidence is even slightly dented, re-read and add to the list.
The more times you read and write, the more it impacts you in a positive way.
👉To bring this to life, here is a cut-out from my ‘be amazing’ list. I have largely kept away from family, travel and friends, so you can get a deeper sense of how I use the ‘be amazing’ list to fire up my belief system.
👉By adding to and rereading this list, I ensure ‘bad moments’ do not turn into ‘bad days.’
👉Things I am proud of big and small:
