Great article and at the perfect time too! In the hustle and bustle of my working day, I actually enjoy the transit on public transport as I’m alone with my thoughts and AirPods. I’m going to take this further with actual alone time where I can work on myself and my thoughts. Thanks for sharing this.
I also find public transport time is great for thinking and doing some personal development, however I need the time when I am isolated from the world to really do my deep thinking. I am a firm believer that greatness requires stillness. It's all about seeking and finding clarity - of vision, goal, thought, action and behaviour. I am sure you continue to soar to new heights 🦅
Thanks Lance. It has made such a massive difference to my life! Any subjects you would like to see me writing about? Kind regards and keep winning, Andy 🦅
I enjoy your content Andy. I too have had the most profound shift in life. I have struggled with my core beliefs, and not until the past few years or so (thanks Mozart time) was I "still" enough, to understand and find the help I needed to bridge my own gap. I resonate with what you are saying when you surround yourself with supportive people who are positive and see the best in situations.
It can be limiting to not understand your why you are like you are, and challenging not to understand or be understood. I have learnt that you need to work at this first. Understanding your WHY is an awesome unpacking exercise. Both "whys" are important.
It was through your structure - Movement and Mozart that I was able to really explore. - Podcasts, fitness, trainers, careers, relationships. Your voice carried me in some hectic times. I didn't give up, and I wont give up now! I have finally found Joe Dispenza and learning my meditations, and understanding "getting out of your own way" The mind cleanse will also come this as well. The tools that lead me to this revelation was through GiFT631 about 3 or 4 years ago. Don't ever underestimate what you are putting out there. You may not hear about it all the time, but the actions are at play.
I have moved mountains in the past few years, being deliberate with the end in mind. I do know that discipline plays a part in being successful.
Navigating corporate C suite would be a topic that would interest me. I would be keen on a few one on one sessions over the next few months to kick start this. I think I read that you had some coaching blocks for sale! I will find them or you can flick me a link.
Hi Lance, Thank you for taking the time and putting in the effort to send me this comment. I am very grateful and happy that some of my work has had a positive impact on you and what you do. 'Your voice carried me in hectic times' means a great deal. I would love to set up a short series of coaching sessions - I will send you the link now. I will send it on Linkedin and via Fb messenger. If you could messge me your preferred email that would be superb. #sempreavanti 🦅🙏🦅
